A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date, with the balance due 30 days prior to your event.

Q: Do you provide alcohol?
A: We operate as a dry hire service. You provide the alcohol, and we provide everything else. Don't worry, we'll provide a detailed shopping list.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: As far in advance as possible! We have limited availability, especially during peak season (May through September).
Q: What if it rains?
A: Our setup works both indoors and under covered areas.
Q: Do you travel outside the Wood River Valley?
A: Yes. We primarily serve Blaine County. Destination events are available by request.
